On the Gulf of Mexico, at REDINGTON SHORES, between St. Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach, a superb spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment.

The building has 6 floors, with 8 units per floor. The whole complex, together with pool, jacuzzi and terrace, and car parking areas are maintained to an extremely high standard, as can be verified by any of our past guests (see "Testimonials").

 

 

 

 

Our unit #303, is on the third floor. It has a large "L"-shaped private balcony, with 2 large sliding patio doors leading-off from the lounge and another door serving the master bedroom.

It is fully-equipped and fully-furnished, and the décor is regularly updated to give a fresh and clean appearance.

There is a king-size bed in the master suite, 2 full-size in the second bedroom, and 2 queens in the third.

It is ideal for guests who enjoy privacy, as each bedroom is a "self-contained unit" with en-suite bathroom, and LOTS of space to relax.

Thus, it can sleep 6 guests comfortably, and up to 10 as a maximum.

 

 

 

 

 

From the balcony there are superb views …… from the sun rising over the intercoastal waterway at the rear, round to the magnificent quiet sandy beach, sparkling Gulf of Mexico, and the radiance of those renowned Florida sunsets.
You can watch the pelicans quietly breeze by or take a dramatic dive, or watch the abundance of other seabirds as they go about their business.
Also, you will probably have an opportunity to watch the occasional dolphin(s) playing just a safe distance beyond the water's edge.

The property is adjacent to Redington Long Pier, from where you can gain an unparalleled view of the magnificent coastline, with the seabirds and fishermen as your exclusive entertainment.

 

 

Redington Shores is conveniently situated about 45 minutes from Tampa International airport, and 30 minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport.
